PROTOCOL
Carbon marketsweren't builtfor you.
They were built to keep you out. Trillions in climate asset value locked behind institutional gates. NKP is the access layer that wasn't supposed to exist.
A token connected to real-world operations.
NKP is the Web3 access layer to Midori Earth, a vertically integrated environmental infrastructure company. Multiple revenue streams flow through the ecosystem, creating sustained demand and systematic supply reduction.
Midori Earth
The parent company that originates, develops, owns, and operates carbon projects. It operates the Midori Hub™ platform and generates real-world revenue through carbon credit sales and technology services.
$NKP Token
The Web3-native asset that captures ecosystem value through systematic buybacks and supply reduction. Trading activity directly funds project expansion, creating a genuine stake in Midori Earth's long-term success.
Growth in one drives value in the other.
Midori Earth and NKP reinforce each other by design. Portfolio expansion generates revenue that strengthens the ecosystem. Trading activity funds new project development. A perpetual flywheel where growth compounds growth.
Four streams of capital,
one unified ecosystem.
Each revenue stream feeds the ecosystem, creating sustainable growth and compounding token utility.
Carbon Credit Revenue
Carbon credits from founder projects Chaco Vivo and DR Waste provide baseline, predictable revenue from day one. These credits are verified under international standards and sold to institutional buyers.
Midori Hub™ Fees
The Midori Hub™ captures fees across eight categories throughout 20-40 year project lifecycles. Every invoice, report, monitoring event, and credit transfer generates platform revenue.
Trading Fee
Revenue from every NKP buy and sell directly funds new project development. Holders actively contribute to ecosystem expansion, with the opportunity to convert to equity.
Midori Hub™™
Unlike exchanges that only monetize credit sales, the Midori Hub™ captures value across the entire project lifecycle. Every operational touchpoint generates fees that flow back to NKP.
Exchanges monetize transactions.
We monetize operations.
A carbon project generates operational activity every week for 20-40 years. Eight fee categories capture value at every touchpoint. When projects operate, your token works.
Platform Deep DiveEvery project touchpoint generates fees. Every fee flows to the ecosystem.
Real assets generating
real environmental outcomes.
High-integrity initiatives anchoring platform throughput and establishing credibility in the ecosystem.

Largest VCS-CCBS REDD+ conservation project in Paraguayan Chaco ecosystem
CHACO VIVO
Protecting 187,916 hectares of native forest, preventing deforestation and preserving critical biodiversity corridors in the Gran Chaco region.

Most impactful infrastructure project in Caribbean
SFM WASTE VALORIZATION PLANT
Processing 550 tons/day of waste, preventing 730,000 tCO₂e emissions annually while creating 150+ sustainable jobs.
Revenue flows. Supply shrinks.
Three distinct mechanisms systematically decrease circulating supply over time, creating perpetual buy pressure tied to real operations.
The 70/30 Split
New projects, ecosystem growth, and operational expansion. Combined with trading tax for maximum impact.
Purchased from open market, then permanently locked or burned.
Ecosystem profits are split between reinvestment and token acquisition. This creates a self-reinforcing value cycle: portfolio growth generates more revenue, which strengthens NKP, which fuels further expansion.
Value Cycle
30% of all carbon credit profits cycle back into NKP through open market acquisition, with tokens either locked in ecosystem reserves or permanently burned.
Hub Settlement
A sliding fee structure applies across the Midori Hub™, with 15-25% of all platform fees settled through NKP token purchases, creating consistent buy pressure.
Equity Conversion
Token holders will have the opportunity to convert to regulated Midori Earth equity. Converted tokens are permanently removed from circulation.

Common questions
Real environmental assets generating actual revenue: Chaco Vivo (30M+ tCO₂e REDD+ in Paraguay) and DR Waste Facility (development began 2016), plus platform fees from every credit routed through Midori Hub™. 37M+ tCO₂e pipeline across operational projects.
